Since 2017, the FCT High Performance program has partnered with Hollycrest Middle School (Grades 4 – 8) of the Toronto District School Board. TDSB students graduate into the HP program at Silverthorn Collegiate Institute (Grades 9 – 12).

If daily transportation arrangements can be made, FC Toronto also has partnerships with three institutions in the Peel District School Board: Britannia Public School (Grade 4 to 5), Dolphin Senior Public School (Grade 6 to 8) and Mississauga Secondary School (Grade 9 to 12).
